Returns / Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase date.
Please contact our Customer Service Department Toll Free at 1-888-888-6018 to initiate a return or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We cannot ship new merchandise until the return has been received back into our warehouse.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
